Such a cute large brooch from the JJ Jonette Company of Providence, Rhode Island, USA.

The Jonette jewellery company was in business from 1935 until 2006. It was well known for its novelty jewellery designs, particularly animals and christmas themes. The dolphin series is from the 1980's period. This lovely dolphin is in very good condition with a secure roll over clasp and signature to the back. Overall size is 8cm length and 4.5cm across the widest point.  The shell design at the base is lined with tiny blue crystals that shimmer like the waves.  JJ jewellery is good quality, great value, and highly collectable.  Gift boxed by Vintageonline.
